Shakespeare Workshop

So after a short Easter break. We were back in School this weekend having a major Shakespeare workshop.

We learnt some history of the early years of Shakespeare’s life and what was happening in the Theatre at the time. The company the Shakespeare formed and the start of The Globe theatre on the south bank. Then on the technical aspects of Shakespeare writing and how an actor approaches it.

We have been giving scenes to learn and perform this Friday in The Grange Court Theatre. However its being performed how Shakespeare company performed it. Un rehearsed and un seen. Therefore i don’t know who I’m acting with until the moment when my line is called.
